SDP Administrator  License

This license is for administrators of the Supplier Data Platform. This Administrator User will have access to the Operator Console, Teal iQ, Business Rules Engine, Export/API and Aime. The Administrator User can create new pipelines to load and refresh their Vendor Master, set up and manage other Users, configure business rules, export or access the API key and manage Users of the applications (Teal iQ and Aime). 

1. Operator Console:
   1. Administrative access to set up and manage users.
   2. Access to the file loader to create pipelines to load and refresh the Vendor Master.
   3. Access to the file processing Dashboard to track progress, access pipelines, review errors and unmatched suppliers and export files.
   4. Access and configure Business Rules Engine to select attributes and preferences based on known value and trust score accepted.
   5. Access to API key.

   1. Access to Teal iQ dashboard to visualize, track and export files available in Teal iQ.

* % Match and coverage of attributes available in TealBook varies based on the Client’s Vendor Master. TealBook does not guarantee match and coverage of attributes available. TealBook will use the initial Teal iQ results as the baseline to improve both Match and Attribute Coverage across more attributes over time. TealBook will also release new attributes over time, as well as improve the TrustScore of attributes over time. TealBook retains the right to price new attributes available over time, giving the option for Clients  to add new proprietary and high value attributes to their existing subscriptions.

1. Aime – Gen AI Application
   1. Individual User license for Users to use TealBook’s Gen AI Application to get information to supplier related questions.
   2. Aime Users can be managed from the Operator Console.
   3. Aime can be used directly in TealBook’s interface OR integrated into the customer’s existing internal communication tool (Slack, Team, etc.).
   4. Aime includes:
      1. Context from the customers’ enriched Vendor Master
      2. Context from all TealBook’s Universal Supplier Profiles
      3. Agentic search to augment results and accelerate tasks using Gemini
   5. TealBook will release new use cases and capabilities on an aggressive schedule and  frequently communicate these  updates to Clients directly or via Aime.
