Announcing New Diversity Dashboard Enhancements
We’re pleased to announce that our team has been working hard on improvements to the dashboard for our diversity users, based on invaluable feedback we received from our customers. These exciting new updates were designed to make TealBook’s diversity offering that much more powerful, allowing our users to have a clearer view into their diversity spend. Updated, Intuitive User Interface
We’ve made the interface of the diversity dashboard to be more intuitive as you filter data.
In order to make the interface clearer, we made some minor adjustments to the report view. You will now notice that you can see the total spend in the top right corner. For ease of reference, total spend will remain static as you navigate this page and apply filters. After applying filters, you will see the selected spend show up immediately below the total spend amount to reflect the total with filters applied.
Smarter Filters, More Detail
In the spend summary boxes, we now include the number of suppliers within a certification category. You’re able to toggle on filters for the number of suppliers, or the amount of spend. When applying these filters, please note that the qualified spend percentage will still reflect the percentage of dollar spend.
Where available, you can now view a breakout of the subtypes beneath the MBE category. Additionally, when viewing diversity certifications, you are now able to open certificates right from the interface.

The enhancements made to TealBook’s Diversity Dashboard were a direct result of invaluable feedback from our users. Now, our diversity users can asses even more details of their diversity programs.
